The great thing about photographing babies at six months is they’re starting to show their own personalities. Little Sierra is obviously going to be quite the charmer as she grows up. She was so happy to be in the studio and just turned on the smiles for the camera!
Sarah and I have known each other since college so it was a thrill to photographer her marriage to Doyle. (EDITOR’S NOTE: I went back to school in my mid-20s and Sarah is much younger than me. *ahem*) The ceremony was a one-time chance for us at the Fargo Theatre because they don’t normally allow wedding ceremonies to be held there – unless you’re the awesomeness that is Sarah.
Ann and I loved being part of the day and, as you can see from these photos, it was a great party.

The wedding ceremony was basically an awesome concert with some wedding vows thrown in. Brooks West (below), Josh Harty and Brennen & Seth played absolutely great music that will be difficult to top.

Holt was in for his six-month portraits and he was super easy to photograph. Mr. Laid Back just hung out and gave us some great expressions. What do you have prepared for us at nine months, Mr. Man?

As the weather turns colder and the leaves are gone it’s getting difficult to look at our wedding photos from earlier this fall. Remember short sleeves and green leaves?
Kristen and Kyle had a beautiful wedding in downtown Fargo at First Presbyterian Church and reception at the Avalon. The church is absolutely one of the best places in town to photograph a ceremony and Kristen and Kyle looked great in this backdrop.
Such a fun couple and cool locations. We had a great time, Kristen and Kyle!
