It was a great opportunity to introduce ourselves to wedding couples and to fellow area wedding vendors. As usual, the show went very well. Radio FM does such a great job with their set up and organization (and I’m not just saying that because they put our booth next to cupcakes). We didn’t take too many pictures, but I had to share a few of our awesome booth!

Sarah and I painfully taped than glued over 400 4×6 photographs onto our big photo wall. Luckily, we did most the work the week before.

It was a night full of good food and wine, friendly faces, awesome apparel and, of course, plenty of art. This year’s theme Ordinary to Extraordinary was based on the Individual to Icon exhibit on display now. Guests were encouraged to dress as their favorite icon.

In addition to photographing the event, Dave and I both donated fine art photographs for the silent auction. I am happy to say they both sold!

All of the photos from this fantastic night can be viewed and purchased on our website. You can find them here. Part of the proceeds will benefit the Plains Art Museum.

We had a great time at the event and we can’t wait to attend next year. Now, on to some of our favorite photographs of the evening.

Last we heard, the event raised over $20,000 for the American Cancer Society and for men in our region fighting prostate cancer.

In addition to a whole lot of facial hair (beards, mustaches, chops), there were also fun carnival games, dude food (absolutely nothing green), music, beer and awards.

For those of you who attended the event (or, wish you had), photographs of the event can be purchased right here (or, by going to http://clients.photomilestones.com and selecting the FeBROary event). We are happy to note that part of the proceeds will be going directly to the American Cancer Society.
