Lauren & Kevin

A wedding photographer couldn’t ask for more of a perfect wedding than Lauren & Kevin’s November nuptials. They had  a lot of things going for them… they are both funny, intelligent, good lookin’, easy going with great (fabulous!) families. Yep, Dave and I had all sorts of fuzzy feelings on their wedding day. Their wedding was Hope Lutheran Church, South Campus with a reception at the Courtyard by Marriott in Moorhead.

Lauren incorporated a lot of family heirlooms during her wedding day, including this necklace her grandfather gave her grandmother and their wedding day.

Lauren & Kevin choose not to see each other before the ceremony, so, Lauren’s walk down the aisle was much more emotional. Kevin said he would cry, and, he did… very sweet!

Lauren’s father is a member of a bluegrass trio… and we were all lucky enough to hear them play at their wedding. It was probably one of the best musical performance I’ve seen at a wedding. Lauren’s father is the bass player in the middle.

Kevin also had to endure one of the best speeches I’ve seen to date… his brothers included some pictures of Kevin as a kid (proudly displayed by their respective girlfriends)
